Help desperate people in Afghanistan

I am a member of “Rural Australians for Refugees” in my little town of Healesville. One of our members has become the adopted father of a brilliant, delightful Hazara young man. The Taliban killed his father and older brother, and he was going to be next, so he fled, and is now on a cruel “temporary protection visa,” which means he can be deported back to certain death. He is now desperate because his mother and sisters are still at risk.

He has pointed us to a genuine, honest organisation raising money to help such people. You could donate a few dollars to save lives.

About Dr Bob Rich

I am a professional grandfather. My main motivation is to transform society to create a sustainable world in which my grandchildren and their grandchildren in perpetuity can have a life, and a life worth living. This means reversing environmental idiocy that's now threatening us with extinction, and replacing culture of greed and conflict with one of compassion and cooperation.
