Staying sane despite the news

An excellent, brief article in Huffington Post by Julia Ries gives you 7 measures I approve of for caring for your mental wellbeing in our insane times.

That man I refuse to call a President has had extraordinary treatment unavailable to anyone else, at taxpayers’ expense. If you have lost a loved one to COVID19, or cannot visit a sick friend or relative, or are now unemployed and without resources in an attempt to slow the disease, you will be hurting.
