RELAX THE STRUGGLE: COMPASSION IN ACTION

In therapy people often seek ways to be saved from their mind with all its disturbances. In Buddhism we make friends with our mind with all its disturbances. Herein we discover true freedom and deep healing.
In this experiential, interactive series experience Mindfulness and other Buddhist techniques to reveal the natural freedom of being as the mind quietens, the heart opens, and clarity increases.
Penny is a psychologist and long term Buddhist. She makes Buddhist wisdom accessible and able to be integrated into everyday life. She is a seasoned presenter accustomed to presenting online.
