Suicide attempts can make things worse

I have just posted the last chapter of my psychology book, Personally Speaking at the Suicide Prevention blog, in the hope that it will save some lives.

Here is the link.

About Dr Bob Rich

I am a professional grandfather. My main motivation is to transform society to create a sustainable world in which my grandchildren and their grandchildren in perpetuity can have a life, and a life worth living. This means reversing environmental idiocy that's now threatening us with extinction, and replacing culture of greed and conflict with one of compassion and cooperation.

Trapped. “Tired of Living, but scared of dying”?

Given the our probably dystopian future, is it possible that an increasing number of people are going to opt-out rather than fight it out?

Religious hope not withstanding, I’m under the impression that many of the opioid deaths are intentional.

Given that the majority of them are in the old CSA, where higher education completion rates and a future there is less than optimal, I’m not surprised.

    Are you?

Don, suicide among teenagers is a worldwide epidemic. I am working with several, and have the joy of some of them responding positively.
