White crocodiles

Yesterday, I had a sore throat, and a slightly runny nose. I actually decided not to go on my regular bike ride.

Today, it’s gone. Everything is fine. Why? I used the guided imagery script I have for dealing with infections.

Relax your body. I can do that with a single breath, thanks to decades of practice. If you’re not used to it, do a body scan, telling each part to “let go.”

Now do a second body scan, focusing on all the bones. I start with the two feet together, the two lower legs, upper legs… all the way to the skull (only one of those).

In each set of bones, there are tiny white eggs within the bone marrow. As I focus my attention there, little white crocodiles hatch, and come swarming out. They are ravenously hungry, and look for food: cancer cells, viruses, bacteria.

When I’ve completed the scan, I direct my hungry horde to the location of the infection, in this case my upper respiratory tract.

Typically, the effect is some hours later, like the following morning.

Doubt kills it. You need to KNOW it will work, then it will.

Once an infection is well established, the white crocodiles will still help in speeding recovery, but don’t get rid of the problem. Activate your inner little friends at the first signs.

Next time you have an opportunity, try it out, then let me know how it went for you.
