6 days: the health effects of organic food

A new study has shown that switching to organic foods for only 6 days significantly reduced the levels of dangerous agricultural poisons within the bodies of adults and children.

The poisons studied included the highly dangerous organophosphates, which kill nerves; neonicotinoids, which not only kill bees, but also stuff up your hormones; pyrethoids, which also disrupt hormones; and 2,4-D, which is part of the infamous Agent Orange.

The graph shows the reduction in each poison studied, comparing concentration in urine before and after the 6-day period.
